Joseph  married  Geneviève GIGUERE 30 January 1747 in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Canada, New France .  Geneviève GIGUERE  was born 20 August 1715 in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Québec, Canada (Beaupre).  Geneviève died 3 June 1749 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Geneviève was the child of Joseph GIGUERE and Angélique MERCIER.

Joseph  married  (2) Catherine MAROIS 7 April 1750 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency, Canada, New France .  Catherine MAROIS  was born 17 June 1734 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency, Québec, Canada.  Catherine died 28 March 1816 in Château-Richer, Québec, Canada (La Visitation-de-Notre-Dame de Chateau-Richer).  Catherine was the child of François MAROIS and Marie-Anne HÉBERT.
