Isaie GIRARD  was born 7 March 1821 in Les Éboulements, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption-des-Eboulements).  Isaie died 9 February 1884 in La Baie, Québec, Canada (Grande-Baie) (Bagotville) (Port-Alfred) (Saint-Alexis) (Ha Ha Bay) (St-Alphonse-de-Liguori).  Isaie was the child of Antoine GIRARD and Christine GAGNON.
