Jacques FORTIN  was born 15 April 1795 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Jacques died 28 October 1887 in Beauport, Québec, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-la-Nativité-de-Beauport).  Jacques was the child of Joseph FORTIN and Julienne SIMARD.
