Ulric SIMARD  was born 14 May 1789 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Ulric died 8 April 1883 in Saint-Urbain, Charlevoix, Québec, Canada.  Ulric was the child of Joseph-Godefroy SIMARD and Felicite CÔTÉ.
