Francois SIMARD  was born abt. 1784 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Francois died 6 November 1840 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Francois was the child of Joseph SIMARD and Marie-Anne DALLAIRE.
