Jean-Marie  married  Genevieve COTE 10 August 1767 in Montmagny, Province of Québec, Canada .  Genevieve COTE  was born 1 February 1737 in Montmagny, Québec, Canada (Saint-Thomas) (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire).  Genevieve died 9 March 1805 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Genevieve was the child of Joseph COTE and Marie-Françoise MORIN.

Jean-Marie BELANGER died 11 July 1824 in L'Islet, Lower Canada .
