Joseph LECLERC  was born 8 October 1707 in Saint-Laurent-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Joseph died 11 November 1781 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Joseph was the child of Pierre LECLERC and Elisabeth-Isabelle RONDEAU.
