Marie-Anne  married  Louis PELLETIER 2 March 1772 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Province of Québec, Canada .  Louis PELLETIER  was born 8 August 1746 in Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste) .  Louis died 23 December 1826 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Baie-du-Febvre).  Louis was the child of Pierre-Hyacinthe PELLETIER dit ANTAYA and Marie-Catherine-Francoise LEFEBVRE.

Marie-Anne BENOIT died 15 May 1817 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Lower Canada .
