Francis WALKER died April 02,1839 in Williamstown, Massachusetts, USA.

Father and mother unknown. Need help determining who his parents are. His son’s (Mason) death certificate reported by his daughter, Mary walker reed, lists Mason’s father as Francis Walker, born in Lansingburgh, Rennsalear County, New York. Mason’s mother is listed as Olive Sheppy born in Maryland. This information differs from other records. The internet incorrectly lists deacon Joel walker as Francis’ father and Rhoda Taft Walker as his mother. However my dna testing reveals that it is 100% positive that they are NOT related.

NewsThe War of 1812 was a conflict between the United States and Great Britain, lasting from 1812 to 1815. It was primarily fueled by issues such as trade restrictions due to Britain's ongoing war with France, impressment of American sailors into the British Navy, and British support of Native American tribes against American expansion. The war ended with the Treaty of Ghent, restoring pre-war boundaries but resolving few of the initial disputes.
