Charles  married  Marie-Anne GUIBORD 21 October 1761 in La-Pérade, Canada .  Marie-Anne GUIBORD  was born 11 February 1733 in La-Pérade, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Perade).  Marie-Anne was the child of Louis GUIBORD and Marie-Anne ROCHEREAU.

Charles  married  (2) Marie FILIATRAULT 4 March 1764 in Sainte-Rose, Laval, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marie FILIATRAULT  was born 31 August 1736 in Terrebonne, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis-de-Terrebonne).  Marie died 5 November 1798 in Saint-Eustache, Québec, Canada.  Marie was the child of Michel FILIATRAULT and Marie-Anne DESJARDINS.

Charles CHARBONNEAU died 28 January 1806 in Saint-Eustache, Lower Canada.
