Nicolas MILOT dit CHAMPAGNE  was born 27 March 1737 in Villiers-le-Sec, Haute-Marne, France.  Nicolas died 1 April 1812 in Contrecœur, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Trinité-de-Contrecoeur).
