Ignace-Andre MIGNIER dit LAGACÉ (MIGNER)  was born 24 April 1731 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Ignace-Andre died 25 May 1799 in Berthierville, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Haut) (Ste-Genevieve-de-Berthier).  Ignace-Andre was the child of André MIGNIER dit LAGACÉ (MIGNER) and Geneviève ROUSSEAU.
