Pierre  married  Geneviève SICARD 5 November 1742 in Québec Province, Canada .  Geneviève SICARD  was born abt. 1725 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Geneviève was the child of Jean SICARD dit CARUFEL and Angélique BARON dite LUPIEN.

Pierre  married  (2) Marguerite VAUDRY 15 January 1745 in Québec Province, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marguerite VAUDRY  was born 4 March 1725 in Longue-Pointe, Montréal, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-d'Assise-de-la-Longue-Pointe).  Marguerite died 11 November 1807 in Saint-Constant, Québec, Canada.  Marguerite was the child of Michel VAUDRY and Françoise LEBOEUF.

Pierre ÉTHIER died 30 December 1797 in Lanoraie, Lower Canada .
