Marguerite CHARBONNEAU  was born 30 October 1755 in Mascouche, Québec, Canada (Saint-Henri-de-Mascouche).  Marguerite died 28 June 1804 in Sainte-Rose, Laval, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Rose-de-Lima).  Marguerite was the child of Joseph CHARBONNEAU and Élizabeth VANDANDAIGUE.

Joseph  married  (2) Marguerite FILION 29 April 1811 in Sainte-Thérèse, Lower Canada .  Marguerite FILION  was born 17 August 1760 in Terrebonne, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis-de-Terrebonne).  Marguerite died 17 April 1838 in Sainte-Scholastique, Mirabel, Québec, Canada.  Marguerite was the child of Joseph FILION and Marguerite MARSET (MARCÉ).

Joseph ÉTHIER died 6 March 1821 in Sainte-Thérèse, Lower Canada .
