Charles PELLETIER  was born 27 March 1699 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Charles died 12 January 1769 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Charles was the child of Jean PELLETIER and Marie-Anne HUOT.
