Etienne-Louis GILBERT dit COMTOIS  was born 24 November 1730 in La Visitation-de-l'Île-Dupas, Québec, Canada (Isle Dupas).  Etienne-Louis died 13 March 1804 in Berthierville, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Haut) (Ste-Genevieve-de-Berthier).  Etienne-Louis was the child of Louis GILBERT dit COMTOIS and Anne JACQUES.

Genevieve BOUCHER died 27 April 1816 in Berthierville, Lower Canada .
