Louis HAMEL  was born abt. 1720 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Louis died 15 April 1787 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire, Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur).  Louis was the child of Charles-Joseph HAMEL and Marie-Angélique GAUTHIER.
