Marie-Geneviève  married  Joseph DESSUREAU (DESSUREAUX) 29 August 1768 in Batiscan, Province of Québec, Canada .  Joseph DESSUREAU (DESSUREAUX)  was born 22 February 1732 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Joseph died 29 September 1797 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Joseph was the child of François DESSUREAU (DESSUREAUX) and Elisabeth BERTRAND dite ST-ARNAUD.

Marie-Geneviève MASSICOTTE died 4 April 1823 in Batiscan, Lower Canada .
