Claude-Jean-Joseph THIFFAULT  was born 12 December 1702 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Claude-Jean-Joseph died 1 February 1787 in Saint-Stanislas-de-Champlain, Quebec, Canada.  Claude-Jean-Joseph was the child of Jacques THIFFAULT and Marie-Anne LÉCUYER.
