Claude-Joseph RIVARD dit LACOURSIERE  was born 3 May 1745 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Claude-Joseph died 13 October 1797 in Louiseville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup).  Claude-Joseph was the child of Pierre RIVARD dit LACOURSIÈRE and Marie-Louise-Josephte MASSON.
