Joseph GAILLOUX (GAILLOU)  was born 29 December 1700 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Joseph died 18 April 1776 in Yamachiche, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-d'Yamachiche).  Joseph was the child of Pierre GAILLOUX (GAILLOU) and Marguerite CRÊSTE (CRÊTE).
