Jean-Baptiste GAREAU dit LAGARDE  was born abt. 1678 in La Rochelle, Charente-Maritime, Poitou-Charentes, France.  Jean-Baptiste died 1 January 1724 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul). 

Marie Marguerite  married  (2) Charles RAINVILLE 19 June 1724 in Montréal, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 8 children.
Charles RAINVILLE  was born 8 April 1678 in Beauport, Québec, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-la-Nativité-de-Beauport).  Charles died 5 December 1742 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Charles was the child of Jean DE RAINVILLE and Elisabeth DE LAGUÉRIPIÈRE.

Marie Marguerite  married  (3) Alexis-Antoine BERTHELET dit SAVOYARD 6 September 1745 in Montréal, Canada, New France .  Alexis-Antoine BERTHELET dit SAVOYARD  was born 19 April 1710 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Alexis-Antoine was the child of Antoine BERTHELET dit SAVOYARD and Jeanne CHARTIER.
