Charles  married  (2) Marie-Josephe-Louise BRIEN dite DESROCHES 31 July 1758 in L'Assomption, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 1 child. Marie-Josephe-Louise BRIEN dite DESROCHES  was born 14 March 1719 in Varennes, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes).  Marie-Josephe-Louise was the child of François-Marie BRIEN dit DESROCHES and Marguerite-Louise LEMIRE.

Charles PRUD'HOMME died 27 February 1797 in L'Assomption, Lower Canada .
