Charlotte BREILLARD (BREARD) dite LAROCHE  was born abt. 1740 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Charlotte was the child of Mathurin BREILLARD (BREARD) dit LAROCHE and Marie-Charlotte LEMOINE.

François MONGEAU died 5 January 1821 in Chambly, Lower Canada .
