Jean-Baptiste  married  Agathe PLOUFFE 8 February 1779 in Saint-Sulpice, Province of Québec, Canada .  Agathe PLOUFFE  was born 25 April 1759 in Lavaltrie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine).  Agathe died 15 January 1780 in Lavaltrie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine).  Agathe was the child of Louis PLOUFFE and Marie-Louise LAPORTE dite ST-GEORGES.

Jean-Baptiste  married  (2) Catherine COURCY dite LAFLEUR 29 September 1783 in Lavaltrie, Province of Québec, Canada .  Catherine COURCY dite LAFLEUR  was born 15 June 1764 in Sorel, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre).  Catherine died 28 January 1841 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Catherine was the child of Jean-Baptiste COUSSY dit LAFLEUR and Agathe GAZAILLE dite BLETTE.

Jean-Baptiste PERRAULT died 7 August 1803 in Lavaltrie, Lower Canada .
