Louis  married  (2) Victoire QUEMENEUR dite LAFLAMME 27 October 1788 in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Province of Québec, Canada .  Victoire QUEMENEUR dite LAFLAMME  was born 28 November 1759 in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Sales-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud).  Victoire died 17 September 1803 in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Sales-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud).  Victoire was the child of Jean-Baptiste QUEMENEUR dit LAFLAMME and Madeleine GAGNON.

Louis BLAIS died 15 March 1802 in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Lower Canada .
