Alexis  married  Judith TELLIER dite LAFORTUNE 8 October 1753 in L'Assomption, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 10 children.
Judith TELLIER dite LAFORTUNE  was born 22 June 1735 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Judith died 20 June 1820 in St-Jacques-de-l'Achigan, Quebec, Canada.  Judith was the child of Joseph-Jacques TELLIER dit LAFORTUNE and Marie-Madeleine LOISEAU.

Alexis VAILLANT died 18 September 1803 in L'Assomption, Lower Canada .
