Scotland, to N.S. age three. m. a New Englander. Member of Assembly for Cumberland Twp. (Brebner); Mass. 2d Lt. Brewer's Mass Regt., May to Dec. 1775, Ensign 14th Cont. Inf. 1st Jan. 1776-Dec. 1776; Col. Mass Militia 1777-1781 (Heitman); MassArch v. 144, pp. 169-171; G. H. Allan 'Sketch of Col. John Allan,' NEHGR v.
