Lucille L. Mandeville, 70, of 36 Henry St., died Sunday, March 5th , in the Overlook Masonic Health Center, Charlton, after an illness.
She leaves two brothers, Donald E. Mandeville of Madison, AL and Henry C. Mandeville of Pollocksville, NC; several nieces and nephews and many close cousins. She was born in Southbridge, the daughter of Eliodore "Ted" and Aline I. (Tremblay) Mandeville.
Lucille was a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Southbridge and its St. Anne's Sodality. She was an avid sports fan especially of the Red Sox. Lucille was a spiritual person involving herself in various charity and missionary activities.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, March 9th, from the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge with a Mass at 9:30am in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 30 Charlton St., Southbridge. Burial will be in Old Notre Dame Cemetery, Southbridge. Calling hours at the funeral home will be held on Wednesday, March 8th, from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
