To my well beloved wife Abigail the use and improvement of the SW corner room in my dwelling house and the cellar under the same and the chamber over it, my riding horse and a cow of her choice and 10 good storre sheep during her natural life; all my household furniture to be hers forever; every year sufficient delivered firewood to keep one fire during the year, cut fit to burn; 8 score of good pork, 8 bu of Indian corn and 7 bu of rye, 20 # of flax, 3 bbl cider and privilege to take and use apples for herself;

To my well beloved son Elijah L10 two years after my decease;

To my well beloved son Jason 8 acres of land east of the highway past my house from Norwich to Westminster meeting house;

To my 5 well beloved daughters viz: Abigail, Lydia, Jean, Eunice and Ann L2 two years after my decease; Isaiah to pay the 3 eldest and L6 of Elijah's legacy; Jason to pay 2 youngest and the rest of Elijah's legacy;

To my well beloved son Isaiah the residue and to provide for Abigail; he appointed executor;
