SOUTHBRIDGE— Irene I. (Renaud) Morin, 86, formerly of Westwood Parkway died Friday in Radius Healthcare of Southbridge. She leaves her husband of 65 1/ 2 years, Leon G. Morin; 3 children: Constance Trombley of Rochdale, Suzanne Morin of Southbridge, and Robert Morin of Brookfield; her grandchildren: Paul Trombley and his wife, Susan, of Auburn, Pamela Santilli and her husband, Anthony, of Southbridge; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; and a step-great-grandchild. She also leaves two brothers: Albert Renaud of El Paso, TX and Leo Renaud of Biloxi, MS. She was pre-deceased by a son, Bruce Morin, who died in 1983 and 2 brothers: George Renaud and Frank Renaud. She was born in Southbridge daughter of Frank X. and Eva D. (Gendron) Renaud and lived here all her life. Mrs. Morin retired from Harrington Memorial Hospital where she worked as a nurse's aide for 13 yrs. She was a member of Notre Dame Church, the Ladies of St Anne Sodality; she taught CCD, was a Eucharistic Minister, as well as the organizer of the parish festival children's parade for many years. Mrs. Morin was the Coordinator of Exceptional Children from 1968-75 and served on the Advisory Board of Catholic Charities. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 28th, from Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy St., Southbridge with a Mass at 10AM in Notre Dame Church, 446 Main St., Southbridge. Burial will be in St. George Cemetery. Calling hours are Monday from 6-8PM.
