Barbara L. Nyland PITTSFIELD Barbara L. Nyland, 69, of South Tampa, Fla. passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family and the dedicated staff of Hospice. She was born in Pittsfield, the daughter of Henry and Betty Rhinehart. She moved to South Tampa in 1963. She was a member of St Patrick Catholic Church, Moose Lodge, the Elks and American Legion. She was a secretary for Gulf Southern Food Brokerage and Hillsborough County Sheriffs office. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Barbara enjoyed traveling, the great out doors, the sunshine and her family and friends. She leaves her husband William W. "Bill" Nyland of South Tampa, Fla.; sons, William W. Nyland Jr. of Homestead, Fla. and Ron L. Liccardi (Kim Marie) of Hudson, Fla.; daughters, Mary C Massaro (Kyle) of Tampa, Fla. and Rebecca Davis (John) of Lake Panasoffkee, Fla.; sisters, Carole Houghtaling and Chris Scott of Tampa, Fla. and Cheryl Rieke of Lee; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Marie and Henry Butler Liccardi and many loving nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends, as well as her aunt, Delphine Renzi, and many relatives in the Berkshires. FUNERAL NOTICE: Mass will be celebrated at St Patrick Catholic Church in Tampa, Fla. on Tuesday, April 14 at 10 a.m. She will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Patrick Catholic Church, 4518 S. Manhattan Ave, Tampa, FL 33611.
