McCLAIN, ERVIN ARNOLD, 85 of Louisville passed away Saturday, June 16,2007 atBaptist Hospital East. He was a retired Sr. production Engineer at American Air Filter were he worked for 39 years. He graduated from the Speed School at U of L. He was a past board member at Wayside Christian Mission. He was a member of Springdale Presbyterian church. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Barbara Mason McClain; sons, Rev. Richard (Amy), Terry (Kathy), Roger and Kevin McClain Sr. (Peggy);grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Brian, Adrian, Michael, Denise, Rachel, Hannah McClain and Samantha Hatton; great- granddaughter, Paige McClain, brothers, Bobby (Joyce) and Roland (Betty) McClain; sister-in-law, Shirley (Charles) Roederer. Memorial services 11 a.m. Saturday, June 23 at his church, 9812 Brownsboro Rd. Visitation after 10 a.m. Saturday at the Church. Private interment at Resthaven Memorial Park at a later date. Owen Funeral Home Jeffersontown in charge of arrangements. Expression of sympathy may go to Wayside Christian Mission.
