Deceased Name: RALPH E. GANGER
RALPH E. GANGER, 51, of Dumont, formerly of Hackensack and Oradell, died Sunday. He was the founder and president of Sterling Resources, Paramus, where he worked for the last 12 years. He was a member of St. Matthew Evangelical Church, Bergenfield. He was an officer of the North Jersey chapter of the Association of Data Training and president of the International Computer Training Association. He also served on the Public Service Electric and Gas Co. advisory board. He was a past me mber of the Board of Education, Dumont. He was a lieutenant and exempt firefighter for Volunteer Fire Company 2, Dumont, and a member of Dumont crime stoppers. He was also a member of the Dumont Lions, and the principal of the adult school, Ridgefield Park. Surviving are his wife, Linda Wackenheim Ganger; a son, Michael of Baltimore, and a daughter, Suzanne, at home; and a sister, Elsie Stroosnyder of New Milford. Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Matthew Evangelical Church, with burial in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting will be today from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Frech Funeral Home, Dumont. There will be a fire department service at 7:30 p.m. and a Lions service at 8 p.m. Donations to the Dumont Volunteer Fire Depa rtment, 50 Washington Ave., Dumont, N.J. 07628, or St. Matthew Evangelical Church, 173 N. Washington Ave., Bergenfield 07621, would be appreciated.
