STEPULKOSKI, Lucille (Lucy) Therese (Tremblay) - Of Mt. Morris Township, age 73, died Friday, October 29, 1999 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11AM Monday, November 1, 1999 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 500 West Pierson Road in Flint, Father James F. Eisele officiating. Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Agnes Outdoor Garden Fund. Visitation 5-9PM Saturday and 6-9PM Sunday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. A scripture service will be held at 7PM Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Stepulkoski will be at the church from 10AM Monday until the time of the service. She was born in Southbridge, Massachusetts on January 26, 1926, the daughter of George Elzear and Mary Rose (Lamontagne) Tremblay and was a resident of Mt. Morris Township and Flint most of her life. She married Edward Stepulkoski on September 28, 1946 in Flint. Mrs. Stepulkoski graduated from Old Flint Technical High School in 1944. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Altar Society, Finance Committee and Luncheon Club for past and present parishioners. Mrs. Stepulkoski was employed by the Flint Journal for many years, in charge of the Obituary Department, retiring in 1991. Surviving are husband of 53 years, Edward; children, Marianne (William) Schlegelmilch of Palmer, Alaska, Janet Stepulkoski of Flushing, George Stepulkoski (Janet Redford) of Corunna, Margaret Bourcier, James Stepulkoski, both of Montrose and Edward Stepulkoski of Mt. Morris; grandchildren, Tracie Lynn Stepulkoski of Streetsboro, Ohio, Jaime Lynn Bourcier of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Rebecca Lynn Bourcier of Montrose; dear daughter-in-law, Linda Stepulkoski; dear aunt, Louise Meltaus of Southbridge, Massachusetts. She was preceded in death by her parents; mother, Mary Rose on November 17, 1950 and father, George Tremblay on August 22, 1961.
