Obituary

MILLBURY – Leonard "Pepe" R. Richford, 72, died Saturday, July 3rd in UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.

Leonard leaves his wife of 53 years, Lucy P. (Grenier) Richford; 8 children, Leonard Richford, Jr. and his wife Sharon, Guy Richford and his significant other Barbara Johnson, John Richford, Craig Richford and his wife Debbie, Michael Richford and his significant other Gail Lowell, Doreen Schluns and her husband Robert, Darlene Cournoyer and her fiancé Roy Orrell and Karen Dryden and her husband Jay. He is a proud Pepe of 19 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He also leaves a brother, Donald Richford and two sisters, Florence Benoit and Betty O'Day; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mr. Prestige loved flee marketing, casinos, the Red Sox and especially spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Leonard's funeral will be held Thursday, July 8th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury with a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 10 Waters St., Millbury. Burial will be in Central Cemetery, Millbury. Calling hours are Wednesday, July 7th from 5 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress St., Boston, MA, 02210.
