Belcher SALISBURY
Biography

Belcher SALISBURY was born in 1790. Illustrated Historical Souvenier of Randolph, Vermont, Compiled & Published by Nickenson & Cox, Published Randolph, Vermont 1895, p. 120.
Came to Randolph from Brattleboro, Vt., in 1810, and here he married one year later, Nancy Lamson, who bore him eight children, three of whom died in infancy.

Belcher SALISBURY and Nancy LAMSON were married in 1811 in Randolph, Orange, Vermont. Nancy LAMSON (daughter of Thomas LAMSON and Anna MARTIN) was born on 15 Mar 1791 in Randolph, Orange, Vermont. She died on 30 Mar 1828.

Belcher SALISBURY and Nancy LAMSON had the following children:

Philander SALISBURY was born about 1813 in Randolph, Orange, Vermont. He died in 1850.

Laura S. SALISBURY, born on 22 Mar 1815, Randolph, Orange, Vermont; married Dr. Henry H. BROWN; married Bezaliel SMITH.

Thomas L. SALISBURY was born about 1818 in , Orange, Vermont. He died in Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana.

Lucius SALISBURY was born about 1821 in , Orange, Vermont. Illustrated Historical Souvenier of Randolph, Vermont, Compiled & Published by Nickenson & Cox, Published Randolph, Vermont 1895, p. 120.
Now resides in Kenton, Ohio, where he has been very prominent in political affairs, having held several town offices.

Franklin B. SALISBURY, born on 20 Aug 1826, West Randolph, Orange, Vermont; married Ellen Frances FLINN, on 29 Feb 1848, Bethel, Windsor, Vermont; died on 24 May 1881, West Randolph, Orange, Vermont.
