Light Run of Fever
Children's Home, Lewiston Under Quarantine - Only Two of the Children Ill.
The Children's Home, Main street, Lewiston was placed under quarantine Saturday, two of the children having come down with scarlet fever. One of the patients is Mildred Robinson, daughter of Mrs. Grace Robinson who was recently elected matron at the home and the other patient is Gladys Knight. The children are said to be having a very light run of the fever and no serious results are expected.
There are seven children at the home at the present time.
Beside the daughter who is at the home ill of scarlet fever, Mrs. Robinson has another child who is under quarantine for diphtheria in Poland and two more children in South Auburn who have the whooping cough.

Little Son of Mrs. Robinson of the Children's Home Dies at Minot Corner.
Minot, Jan. 17 - Frank Chesnelle and family are quarantined with diphtheria. A little nephew, Raymond Robinson was taken ill Saturday and when the doctor was called he pronounced it diphtheria. The little fellow died Thursday afternoon. Much sympathy is extended to his mother, Mrs. Grace Robinson who is quarantined at the Children's Home with scarlet fever also to Mr. and Mrs. Chesnelle who have been so faithful in caring for him. Ray was a bright lovable child and was a favorite in school.

Children Die in Mother's Absence
The death of Florence Robinson, 21 months of age, occurred, Thursday morning, at the home of Frank A. Harding, South Poland Road, Auburn, after a short illness of bronchial pneumonia. Her mother, Mrs. Grace Robinson, was unable to attend the child during its illness, as she is superintendent of the Children's Home, Main street, which is under quarantine for scarlet fever.
A son, five years of age, died just two weeks ago at the home of his aunt at Hackett's Mills.
