Here lies Buried
the Body of Mr. Amos
Farnfworth who was
Drownded in the Lancafter
Rever Decem-r 5th
1775 Aged 71 years
and 6 days.

Tho in deep water was my Body loft,
And found before it crumbl'd into duft,
And Buried here as this doth fay,
Till trumpet found at the laft day-
And tho in Adam all mankind did die,
But yet in Chrift we may grim death defie.
