In the name of God amen. Ephraim Hughlett of the County o f Lancaster and the state of Virginia do make this as my la st will and testament.
Item 1- give all my estate after my just debts are paid t o my two young children to wit Nancy George Hughlett, and A dison Hughlett, to them and their heirs lawfully begotten f orever, but if either of them should die without heir above , the survivor to receive the whole and in case both shoul d die without lawful heir or before they arrive to the ag e of twenty one years then it is my will and desire that th e property hereby given them shall descent and be enjoyed b y my wife Molly and my children to wit Royston Hughlett, Be ady Hughlett, Moses Hughlett, Siller Hughlett, Peony Hughle tt, Judith Hughlett, Milly Hughlett to them andtheir heir s forever.
