Myrna Jean Secrist Knowles, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2023. She was surrounded by love as she was reunited with her eternal sweetheart, Ernie. Myrna was born in Logan, Utah, on April 6, 1946, to Horton and Arleva Secrist. She was the oldest of three children. During her earliest years of school, she made lifelong friends who remain by her side to this day. Myrna grew up in Logan and went on to attend Logan High School. As a young girl, she loved to dance and that became a passion. You could find her tapping her foot every time she heard music. She also enjoyed going to the movies with her friends. It was at the theater that she met the love of her life, Ernie. Knowing they were meant to be with each other, it wasn't long before they were married on August 23, 1963, and started their life together.
