Ruth (Beckwith) Brodeur, 79, passed away on Sept. 26, 2012 among family and friends at the St. Antoine Residence where she had resided for the last four years.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of Clarence Beckwith and Frances (Quinn) Beckwith.
She is survived by her five children, Glenn and his wife Nancy of Uxbridge, Mass., Gail and her husband Clive of Flagler Beach, Fla., Keith of Woonsocket, Kurt and his wife Donna of North Smithfield, and Karen Baillargeon and her husband Richard of Cumberland. She also is survived by her siblings, Francis Beckwith of Sioux City, Iowa, and Vera St. Sauveur of Jamestown; and her three grandchildren, Kyle Baillargeon, Sarah Lopatka and Erik Crepeau. She also had two great-grandchildren.
Prior to her retirement, she worked for A.T. Cross Co. for 15 years. Ruth loved ballroom dancing and the Boston Red Sox.
