Antone F. PeeWee Amaral Jr, 87, of Warren, died Saturday, June 18,2016 at Grace Barker Nursing Home.

He was the husband of the late Antoinette ( Palumbo) Amaral.

PeeWee, was born in Warren a son of the late Antone F. and Emily (Fagunda) Amaral Sr.

Mr. Amaral was the owner / operator of the former Bristol Texaco Service Station, for many years.

A lifelong Warren resident, he was a parishioner of St. Thomas the Apostle Church. PeeWee was a United States Air Force Veteran.

He was an honorary member of the Rough and Ready Fire Company , and was an active member from 1961 through 1977, he was the past president and life member of the East Warren Rod and Gun Club.

A champion skeet shooter, he had won many titles and was a member of the National Skeet Shooting Association.

PeeWee was an Eagle Scout, and avid outdoorsman he enjoyed camping, and hunting and fishing.

In his younger years he raced at Seekonk Speedway under the name of California Kid. PeeWee is survived by ...Read MORE...
