GRAFTON/ CHARLTON: John T. “Jack” Jalbert, 74, passed away May 3, 2021 following complications from a recent heart attack. A reunion of two loving souls is now complete as his wife Sandra (Poulin) passed away in 2015. Jack leaves his daughters Kellie Dahlstrom and her children Jay and Kayla, Dr. Randie Willand and her husband Derek and their son Ian, his brother Rob Jalbert and his husband Gerald Marcanio, his sisters Barbara Richford and her husband Guy, Joyce Mondor and her husband Joseph and Joanne Jalbert along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Always a loving grandfather, his grandchildren will dearly miss their beloved “Uppa”. Jack was born December 12, 1946, son of the late Elizabeth (Whitelock) and George Jalbert. His roots were in Grafton where he lived most of his life before moving to Charlton.
