Martin DUGAS  was born abt. 1656 in Annapolis Royal, Annapolis, Nova Scotia, Canada (Port Royal, Acadia).  Martin died abt. 1680 in Acadia, Canada (Acadie).  Martin was the child of Abraham DUGAS dit COIGNET and Marguerite DOUCET.

Marguerite  married  (2) Claude GUIDRY (GUEDRY) dit LA VERDURE abt. 1681 in Beaubassin, Acadia (Fort Lawrence) .  The couple had (at least) 11 children.
Claude GUIDRY (GUEDRY) dit LA VERDURE  was born abt. 1651 in La Rochelle, Charente-Maritime, Poitou-Charentes, France.  Claude died 9 January 1723 in Nova Scotia, Canada. 

Marguerite PETITPAS died April 1703 in Port Royal, Acadia .
