"Alexis, born probably at Chignecto in c1676, married Marie, another daughter of Jacques LeBlanc, in c1697. They had 10 children, including three sons who married into the Cyr, Thériot dit Bernard, and Arseneau families. Their six daughters married into the Bourg, Bourgeois, Arseneau, Cyr, and Richard families. "
