Born: Jan. 18, 1932 in Webster, MA, son of George Frank Korch and Mae N. (Ostberg) Korch. Youngest of nine childen: Jayne, Charlotte, George, Warren, Barbara, Harold, Donald and Norma. Leonard married Madeleine D. Choiniere in Webster in Oct. of 1954. He had two children, Debra Ann and Leonard Russell, Jr. He died May 5, 1962 from Hodgkin's Disease at the age of 30. Education: Bartlett High School, he was the tri-captain of the Basketball team in 1950. He won a scholarship to Nichol's College, but declined the award to help support his mother.
