The Newport Mercury and Weekly News Friday, April 30, 1965 Mrs. Browe, Ex-Resident Mrs. Lena Walters Browe, widow of George W. Browe and a former resident of Portsmouth, died yesterday at her home in Jersey City, N. J. She was born in Fall River and lived in Portsmouth for a short time before moving to New Jersey about 20 years ago. She leaves a brother-in-law, Joseph L. Browe of Newport. |
