"Louise-Therese became the life companion of the ancestor Pierre Albert, son of Rene and of Marie Clemenceau, on 27 November 1702, at Riviere-Ouelle. Pierre and Louise-Therese made life shine 9 times, before becoming the head of a great tree."

"Who was this Louise-Therese Grondin, ancestress of numerous descendants by way of Pierre Albert? Her father was Jean Grondin, originally from Sainte-Marie de Brouage, canton place, on 4 August 1669, he married Sainte Migneault, daughter of Jean and of Louise Cloutier... Louise-Therese was born there [La Pocatiere] on 17 October 1684. She was not baptized until 3 January 1685 by the missionary Paul Sennemaud. This act was the first in the registry of Riviere-Ouelle. Her baptismal name was Louise. The addition of the first name of Therese was used, it seems, to distinguish her from her older sister Louise who became the wife of Charles Miville in 1697..."
