Auburn News and Bulletin, Friday, Feb. 3, 1882 “SALISBURY – In this city, Feb 01, 1882, Hattie E., youngest daughter of George and Caroline Salisbury, aged 3 years and 3 mos. Funeral services at the home, No. 143 Van Anden Street, on Sunday at 2 PM.” NOTE: This is 1 day after her grandmother, Charlotte Maria (Burnham) Smith, died at the same location. Union Springs Advertiser Thursday, Feb. 9, 1882 DIED - SMITH - At the residence of her son-in-law, George W. Salisbury, 143 Van Anden st., Auburn, Thursday, January 31, 1882, Mrs. Charlotte M. Smith, aged 78 years. SALISBURY - On Friday, February 3, 1882, Hattie, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Salisbury, aged 3 years and 3 months."
